    hi,

    i have taken mtnl broad-band with wi-fi connection but its been 3 weeks no body has come to configure my wi-fi connection and on that when i directly complaint to area manager mr. b.b. rishi(jor bagh) he has taken no action and keep on saying dont shout and when i complaint to divisional head mr. mitliash sharma he is also been very rude and saying your laptop got some problem there is no problem in our connection witout even checking anythg.

    These all people MR. Verma,Sharma and rishi of Jor Bagh MTNL are not doing anything inspite of complaining 10 times on phone and online. I want to take them to consumer court and also want to disconnect the services if the matter does not get resolved immidiately.

    plz help me i m very frustate dont knw wat to do.

    Hello,

    Send a written notice to your Area Manager and do not forget to take the receiving, apart from this also send a written notice via registered post to your MTNL Nodal officer, mention all the details in the notice that even the Area Manger is not taking any action. Attach the photo copy of the receiving of the Notice sent to the Area Manager, mention all the complaint nos., and ask them for the refund of the full amount.
