    Default Reliance broadband complaint

    I have terminated reliance broadband connection still I got bill for next three months: I asked them to cancel the bill then they gave waiver for just Rs 340 and asking me to pay about 2938.50. Why should I pay bill for future period even I have terminated connection. See attached mail communication:

    Can you please check the bill and the waiver which you have given, it seems there is some mistake/misunderstanding, I have a bill payment plan which is quarterly advance bill plan and I was paying bill in advance for 3 months i.e. till 28th May 2010, I had paid bill in advance. And I had sent request for closure of connection of 23 May,even then you did not terminate till I escalate it to higher level (Please see the attached email communication, ) i.e. before time, and the bill which you had sent is for period of 29-05-2010 to 28-08-2010 (Please see attached bill). I asked you to cancel the future bill as, I had already paid the bill for the period which I have used internet and you have sent bill for the future period which is after my closure. Now when I have terminated connection then why should I pay the bill for future period i.e. for 29-05-2010 to 28-08-2010? Why the outstanding is: Rs.2938.35/-.
    Even if you say that the connection is terminated on 1-06-2010 and I need to pay the bill till 1st June then the billing period should be from 29-05-2010 to 1-06-2010(Because till 28th May I had already paid the bill) then that would be around Rs: 146.96 (Monthly rental /No of days in month X days till you terminated the connection i.e 1102/30 X 4=146.96) and surly not 2938.35.
    Have you understood the billing plan/period wrongly and gave waver for period 23-05-2010 to 29-05-2010?
    I request you to kindly check the billing period and plan, the billing period should be 29-05-2010 to 1-06-2010 when the connection is terminated, and then generate the final bill. That bill I will pay.

    Note: I have attached my latest bill (282252717072_4.pdf) with this email please see the billing period in that.

    Can you please provide me following information?
    1) What is status of my request?
    2) Why still the ticket is not created, even after 1 week?

    4) Why the ticket/ service request is created after I called to customer care?

    Default reliance bill

    I am having the brand band internet connection from April 10 onwards. The customer relation no : 5000007710990000001.The first bill was Rs 615.00 and I made the payment through credit card on 7th June01 vide receipt no : AMIP11324111.

    Today I received the bill of May vide bill no 342404721624/20.06.10 for Rs 766//- where as it included the last month payment + interest on that part.

    Can you check and confirm, so that I can send the balance payments of Rs 550.40??

    Default Relaince Broadband is the Biggest Fraud in the Market

    They have Introduced a new scheme how to Rob their customer

    They charged their customer even after the termination of their broadband connection

    There are more than 100 User who is facing Such Problem

    After the termination they used to send bill

    and falling to do payment they send leter from Their advovate abut the such issuse

    So My request to all User who is facing such Problem

    Dont pay a Single Penny

    dont scare of their Letter

    And dont reply to their any call , mail etc

    and tell them do wat u can do .


    Such send a Postal Regester to their head office

    and keep one copy with you and Submit clase against them

    Dir sir,

    I am in the plan 3GB at day and 10 GB at night, daily i use to ask customer care about my usage. Once i reached my day usage (3GB) i stopped connecting my modem at day time and i am sure about that eventhough my bill generated is 1524.22 Rupees. my no is 9381995574. PLS verify my bill once again if not i am ready to terminate the connection...

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased Reliance Broad band USB Modem , as described above, on Aug 18, 2010 , tarrif Plan I opted is Broadband + 10 GB at night @Rs 499/- PM. It worked for two days and stopped, when enquired I was told that it is due to negative address verification which was because the agent visited during the day time and I was at office.

    I can meet before 9 am and after 8 pm at my residence so I requested the Reliance representative to aggange visit either before 9 am or after 8 pm or at my office address where I am available during day time. After enquiring, the reliance representative confirmed me that there will be visit at my office address. Till today, even after giving repeated reminders, no body has visited for verification and my net connection is blocked.

    Moreover, I have received the bill (No# 333065207517 dated 27.08.2010) of Rs. 240.17........just for my two night usage, approx 5 Hrs. (as my connection is blocked till now) which is not proportionate to my Tarriff Plan. I am afraid that the Reliance has made a wrong entry of any other plan than Broadband + 10 GB at night @Rs 499/- PM.

    Please do the following at your earliest possible;
    1- Advice the concerned to arrange the visit for verification and open my net connection (Concerned Reliance representative at Reliance Webworld # Mr. Kunal : 9237557700)
    2- Verify and confirm me about my tarrif plan.
    3-Provide me the relevance of my Billed amount.

    Looking forward to have an urgent action in this regards.

    Default Very Bad Service

    Sir/ Madam,

    My user Id is 247201186420 and I have already registered many complaints for multiple purposes such as installation of Public static IP, internet not working on the laptop when Power supply is off, landline phone also not working since last week. I would like to highlight that your executives are good for nothing. The commitments are never ever fulfilled by your marketing as well as your customer care executives. Whenever I call Customer care every time a new person is there and they don’t transfer the calls to anybody because of which every time I have to repeat my queries to new person.

    I Think that you people yourself don’t know the plans clearly. Your marketing executives say that public Static Ip will get installed within the monthly plan of Rs.1100/ whereas your customer care people say that Public static Ip doesn’t come under the Monthly plan of Rs.1100/. If you want you can have a word with your marketing person Mr.Harshit Mob No.9371617999 who has been continuously committing me from 20 days that today your Static Ip will be configured. I seriously want to register a complain against him becoz of the faque commitments given by him. Because of him I gave wrong commitments to my Managing Director and now I am already facing a loss of 15 days salary.

    I am very sorry to inform you that if the things are not solved and if this is going to be the attitude further also then I would discontinue your services and never ever recommend others also to take your internet connection. Now you people decide whether you want to continue giving your services or not.



    Please take this matter seriously and reply me asap.

    Default Complaint about broadband Internet Services

    Hi,

    My Self Hiral Shah.
    My User id: 333605167212.

    I had kept my Internet services in custudy for a short period of time.
    But Now i want to Resume That Services Again . And For that i made many calls in R-Care.

    Your Executives told me that Your Services will be started within 24 hours. They all are lier . i think so..You People are expert to make customers "duffer". i am very surprised that how that executives got job as a " customer care executive"..Even thay don't know how to provide support to the customers. Your Services Are very very very bad.

    With using your services we suffered a lot.
    And i also never r recommend others also to take your internet connection or landline phone connection .

    I want to resume My Internet Services ASAP.

    Give me reply .
