My Cust Id : 1100425251. I reside in Chennai- Nanganallur.I got connection in the month of Feb & hardly browsed happily for three or four times. We never had speed more than 300Kbps in Our 2Mbps Plan...For this, in the past 4 months, i have registered more than 30 complaints in customer care & directly to Technical persons, their heads, and many times to the Area Manager Too!!! the worst beauty is we got same answer from all that, 'Give us a last chance to correct'.
But the corrective action was sending the same Non-Technical person who had no knowledge of even normal Basic about Internet. Following is the procedure he followed:
Come - Check the speed- adjust the Nano device on terrace - again check speed - Disable & Enable LAN connection - (this repeated for 5 or more times)
Then he'll wait & do these even for an hours time until the Speed Reaches acceptable level BY ITSELF unfortunately & then he'll leave telling that the connectivity is ok.
Even after several Complaints & repeated Phone Calls, We never got Prompt response, except for sending the same guy coming & doing nothing. We got Fed up by this stupid reaction Lethargic replies from Higher authorities(Area Manager. Team Lead, etc.,) customer service. Fed up with this Torture / Mentally Disturbed / Lost Money transactions! / Stumbled Work/ We have now decided to Disconnect this EVIL of INTERNET CONNECTION & OUR PRECIOUS TIME.....
Friends: - Kindly do not opt this stupid connection. Saying from Broken Heart....
Consumer Court:- Kindly respond to this Complaint on High priority & Provide Solution to save other customers
