Poor Tikona! Worst Customer Service ! Mere Time Waste!!! Bad name to INDIA My Cust Id : 1100425251. I reside in Chennai- Nanganallur.I got connection in the month of Feb & hardly browsed happily for three or four times. We never had speed more than 300Kbps in Our 2Mbps Plan...For this, in the past 4 months, i have registered more than 30 complaints in customer care & directly to Technical persons, their heads, and many times to the Area Manager Too!!! the worst beauty is we got same answer from all that, 'Give us a last chance to correct'.
But the corrective action was sending the same Non-Technical person who had no knowledge of even normal Basic about Internet. Following is the procedure he followed:
Come - Check the speed- adjust the Nano device on terrace - again check speed - Disable & Enable LAN connection - (this repeated for 5 or more times)
Then he'll wait & do these even for an hours time until the Speed Reaches acceptable level BY ITSELF unfortunately & then he'll leave telling that the connectivity is ok.
Even after several Complaints & repeated Phone Calls, We never got Prompt response, except for sending the same guy coming & doing nothing. We got Fed up by this stupid reaction Lethargic replies from Higher authorities(Area Manager. Team Lead, etc.,) customer service. Fed up with this Torture / Mentally Disturbed / Lost Money transactions! / Stumbled Work/ We have now decided to Disconnect this EVIL of INTERNET CONNECTION & OUR PRECIOUS TIME.....
Friends: - Kindly do not opt this stupid connection. Saying from Broken Heart....
Consumer Court:- Kindly respond to this Complaint on High priority & Provide Solution to save other customers

This company no trained officers ...worst service and they just want new customers and within a month they loss their customer because they are not maintaining the standards and no response from customer care

I would say, they have some really well trained officers. Trained to give false promises, trained to suck as much money as they can, trained how to ignore customer complaints, trained how to postpone disconnections, trained how to fool customer... and what not..

Tikona ISP This is the worst ISP ever in life that I have seen. For 1st 2-3 months, the speed was OK but after that There wasn't any net connection for days. Please friends do not opt for Tikona as it will only disappoint you. We haven't payed for the last 1 month as there was no speed at all & we told them to disconnect their broadband but they didn't come for that and kept on increasing the bill from rs500 to about rs 2000 & now after almost 1 & half yrs later they are going for a court appeal. Please ppl do not get into this trouble like this & look for any better ISP avoiding Tikona.
