Hello Sir/Madam,

I, Jayakumar V have two complaints against Sify Broadband.

On 13/5/2010, I renewed my broadband connection plan (Plan Name – 349 Plan). A representative from Sify came to my house and collected the amount of Rs.349/- on the same day.

However, the renewal was reflected only on 22/5/2010.

The second issue is:
The balance on my broadband account on Saturday 5/6/2010 was around Rs. 170/-. However, when I logged into my account on Sunday 6/6/2010 my account showed a zero balance.

I have raised this issue with Sify and it seems like they are not interested in solving my issue.

I have been in constant touch with Jagadish from Sify, what he has to say is that nothing can be done about the Rs.170/- which was there in my account. In case I choose I will have to recharge all over again.

So far no action has been taken from Sify’s end to solve my concern. Above all from 6/6/2010 I have also not been able to use internet.

I request your kind intervention in helping me solve my problem and get justice.
