My wireless broadband connection at Delhi was installed on 17th Feb 2009. AND I HAVE NOT BROWSED CONTINOUSLY FOR MORE THAN 20 MINS SINCE THEN. THERE IS A FREQUENT DISCONNECTTION PROBELM WITH MY CONNECTION. I logged complaint many times but there were no actions taken.
I paid Rs 2124/- to install the connection and now the worst part is that “My account” is showing Rs 1268/- amount as outstanding balance.
Bill was generated on 21st Feb 09. In just four days they charged me 1268/- amount again.
The worst services in the world.

Yes, I need your help, let me know how can I go for this legally. I dont want to pay anymore and need my full money refund. please help ?? as I am fed up with writing mails and calling to their customer executives, but all in vain.
I have written mails to their nodal officers too....they also write the same thing that your problem is looking on priority basis but nothing has been done so far (conversation is attached).
FYI....my plan was unlimited 384 Infinity.

Send a written notice to the Area Nodal Officer, and mention all the problem you faced, and also asked them for full refund.

As you can see through trail mails that from last more than a month and a
half, I have not been able to use my net and despite repetitive reminders, I
got no solution and the service engineers of the company kept me waiting. I
want to lodge official complaint against Tata Indicom Broadband services and
want to send them notice. Pls help.

I have not been able to use my net since last two weeks, and the service
engineer is behaving no less than a prime minister. Twice he has given time
and kept me waiting. Customer care superwiser Mr. Jasjeet Singh is so busy
that he cant give me a call back and resolve my query. Whos going to bear
the charges I have paid till date without even using the net. U people calls
up on time before the due date but resolving the query, nobody bothers to
take any kind of responsibility. Tata staff needs to take some training from
Airtel broadband on customer service since my brother is using it and has
never faced any problem. I want my refund and don't wish to continue with
this kind of crap services.

I do not know why my validity is not being automatically exteded due to the local server outages.
It has really been a pain to call customer care and hold the line for more than 10 minutes each time, just to get the line trough. Numerous times the call had to be escalated to the floor suprevisors and then to the manager. Followup with the local engineers and technitians every time. On an average I have spent more than 30 minutes per complaint and 6+ hours on the phone.
Now the most Ridiculous thing the billing guys tell me after I call them is, TATA Communications will give credit time only if the SERVICE OUTAGE is for more than 72 HOURS. THEY THINK THE CUSTOMER IS A DUMB GUY, AT THEIR MERCY FOR INTERNET SERVICES.
