My Idea Net Setter shows error 619 from past 7days, no postive response from Idea. My name is Vijay Ratre. Last month I purchased an Idea Net Setter, having number 9702479735. It was working properly until May 17, 2010. Now from May 17 onwards it shows ERROR 619. I contacted Idea more than 10 times, spoke to their executives but No resolution has been done to my Idea Net Setter. EVery time I contact Idea they give some complain number and say that some executive will contact in my mobile but matter remains same till date. I wish to complain against Idea. Kindly guide me so that the services I have paid for should be provided to me. I dea is not worth going for, if they do not improve their services.

My name is Pravin Shamrao Rathod . my data card no. is 8652617357 and token ID 205IC204200. my other mobile no is 8108221539 Last week i bought an idea 3G net setter. It worked well for 4 days and now since last 2 days i am not able to connect it to idea 3G service because of error 619 and 633. i tried to get some help from customer care but it did not work. it will be of great help if you resolve this problem.
