I have taken a fresh broadband connection from Reliance Wimax. It is becoming totally unreliable now. There seems to be no connectivity at all. I don't know how to express my grief and hence I would like to caution people planning to get one such connection to forbid doing the same. The customer care is good. But the issue is with the Internet access at home. They gave me a toll free number for registering complaints on my very new connection and when I go there, it is totally IVR, and doesn't direct to any person. This IVR says that i've not paid bills, when I'm using prepaid lines.

Rs. 1500/- for a 600kbps? when others offer 4Mbps at less than Rs. 900/- (Unfortunately this ISP doesn't have coverage in my area)..

Don't opt for Reliance WiMax.. That's my advice.. I'm going to get this connection disconnected for good.
