Dear Sir,
Applied for Broadban at BSNL on 30.4.10 and thanks to BSNL to deliver instrumnt on the next day, but I did not know that the three staff visited my residence at flat no 303 Gitanjali Enclave MIGH Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad should have connected the instrument and get activated the same and successfully instal for what I had applied. After that my series of telephones to their landlines at Golconda Telecom(where I had applied first and got the landline 23530727initially) and then Mehdipatnam Exch (area of jurisdiction of my res), only one staff provides another landline no. But no sorting out issues involved. Then I got the mobile no. of the JTO Mehdipatnam and he was kind enough to send a staff who does not know B of Broadband, however took my time called another colleague,who againtalked to their office staff to know what to do where fault lying etc etc, could temporarily connected for an hour or so.(BSNL records will say). My repeated sms messages to the JTO's mobile no. getting delivered but without any response led me to take Tata Photon and I am now using Tata Photon. But I seripusly want BSNL Broadband and the Company should get it in order.I am not fashionable to keep the instrument on my PC and all that. IS ANYBODY FROM BSNL LISTENING SIR ?
