Previsoly our one year broadband connection was completed in month of August'10, but my broadband services is autometicaly renwed which we dont want to do ,
So kindely we request you to please disconnet my broadband connection as soon as possible.

My telephone number 0522 2434991 went partially dead and then tottall dead in and around the month of 15th June, normal complaints and than to the special monitoring cell were made to no avail. I was than forced to visit Transport Nagar exchange & Alamnagar exchange, to no avail. A good soul asked me to register my complaint with DGm Mishra, (Alambagh Exchange), which I evantually did in August, 2011. The same day I was given a new WLL connection on payment of 1000/-, a assurance was given that the landline 0522 2434991 will be disconnected asap and the security money minus pending bill before the phone went dead will be posted thru mail asap.

Result - WLL got activated the next hour the same day. Within 24 hours landline/ broadband also got activated. officials now asked me to keep both numbers, how can I aford two lines... is BSNL providing them for free?

Another visit ensued and this time I was asked by DGm Mishra to SMS the outcome to 09415000504. 3-4 SMS and months later the phone has not been disconnected nor pending amount has been paid.

Please help to have it disconnected & security money paid to me.
