Hi,
I have purchased a Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ datacard online via Vriti Infocomm on 14th April '10 and it has not been activated yet even after submitting all the relevant document twice.
Amidst making tons of calls and mails to Vriti and Reliance customer service, I haven't received any proper response from them either for activation or for the procedure to surrender the datacard. I have even mailed the nodal officer for help, but no response or action taken by them.
This is so pathetic and unprofessional on the part of Reliance and Vriti Infocomm for creating such nuisance and mentally disturbing the customers making them believe not to approach them anytime.
Kindly help.
