    Default Complaint against Tata Indicom Photon+ broadband connection

    I bought tata photon+ broadband connection on 30th April, 2010 but my broadband connection is still not activated despite of my numerous reminders and phone calls to them. Every day they promise me that today it will be activated but its been a week nothing has been done by them. They are not listenting to my complaints and only give fake promises that your query would be solved soon. It has become a nightmare for and now I do not want to use INDICOM and I had asked for refund of my money since their service is so poor at this stage when i have just taken the connection which is of no use. From the past one week they are saying that we have sent the engineer to solve your problem but one week is about to pass and no one has come to me. They infact switched off their mobile phones and even if they receive they made just give fake promises. No intention to solve the problem. looking for some help.
