I too have the same problem,
I got Reliance data card connection during the month of June I hardly used for just 10 days at the max and the connection got disconnected before the end of the month and when I called the cutomer care and enquired abt this, they said it would be rectified soon but ever since june 09 I didnt have the data card connection. i thought the connection was disconnected but to my great surprise bill for the month of july was generated.
Now again I called the customer call ppl and enquired abt the bill they said my data card was not diconnected and I further told them I have no connection at my home... they insisted me to pay the bill if the connection has to be completely cut so I had to pay INR around 900 without using the connection but after that also 3 mnts bill was generated...
Reliance customer care ppl had been calling me through out the year asking me to pay the bill of Rs1700....
Now I have received a Legal Notice from the local advocate to come for a settlement to the advocates office... I am really confused... please help me out
