dear sir,

what can we do when bsnl send me the broadband bill for last 4year in one time of 360000. but i have no money for pay this so how i do complaint against this bill in consumer court .

i am not use broadband any more but he say that i use regularly broadband.

so please give me some help for that matter.

bsnl send me this bill is first time no bill made in this 4 year .

so how i take action. realy i have no money for pay this amount
