My name is Rajni Ranjan and i was holding a broadband connection from your company till 16th March '2010, the telephone number being 01145028279. I had given a disconnection request to the customer care department whose details are below mentioned ( i kept it safely as i was sure of the fact that you will definately not close my connection and would try and harass for payments and giving the excuse of xyz failure).
In this mail i want to draw your attention towards the ill practices that is going on knowingly or unknowingly, that every time a customer with Bharti Airtel has to face such awkward situation and wise people in your management keep minting money. I have faced the same situation twice in a row, the earlier one when i was residing in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad (details of which i can make u available if requested) and have heard of similar such issues with n number of people using your services or may be probably for the last time. India being such a vast country people tend to forget and you still keep on making new customers. But somehow the trend has reversed as evident from the 8% dip in Jan- Mar' 10 revenue that your company incurred. (as reported in business page of TOI 29th April ' 2010 issue). This is my ardent request to the person whoever reads this mail and if he is in a situation to curb this and stop a a few people who are responsible for the above avoidable situation from being repeated.
