    I have many time complaints regarding my mtnl brodband

    nobody came at my home & solve my brodband connection slow speed problem. I am
    to time pay my mtnl bill then why i face this problem.I wish u solve my
    problem as soon as

    Hello,

    Their is no use to go to the MNTL office, we have received too many of complaint against the poor services of MTNL, we suggest you to send a written notice to your area nodal office of the Broadband, mention the details in it about your billing problwm and ask them for the solution so that you will not face such problem again.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

    If still they are not improving then shift to other service provider

    Because when they have offered you Ulimited download, etc.. during they time when u have taken their connection then they will have to provide that service.

    They cannot Impose their own will on us just because people are downloading more etc... If they had informed the consumer earlier about this scrap then people would have not taken MTNL services.

    What they have promissed during the installation or as per the plan, that they will have to provide. No, If and But and Moral Policing etc..

    We are living in a sovereign country.

    MTNL is becoming British.

    MTNL Go back

    kick them out.

    Use RTI act against the MTNL.

    Publish it in press. etc..

    defame MTNL everywhere.

    Mass migration to other service providers.

    Default Plan Upgraded but no increase in speed

    Hello,
    My broadband plan has been upgraded from 256kbps to 512kbps from 1st of August as per my account. But the speed has never been increased I’m still getting the speed of my old plan of 256kbps giving me a download speed of 26kbps maximum. I have been calling daily from the last 19 days with many e-mails. This is really frustrating for me.

    Hello,

    One of my friend claims that he gets good speed, the reason is that he stays in high locality like south mumbai. So this MTNL fears that if these rich people complain then they can face problem that is the reason MTNL does not messes with them.

    Whereas commoner who stay in suburbs have to bare this discrimination from facist MTNL because they are assured that commoner will not complaint .

    MTNL provides cheap and better services to bureaucrat but discriminates us.

    In the same way if we commoner unite and complain against this facist policy of MTNL.

    We have to first give a writtern complaint to concerned person. Take the zerox and get it stamped by MTNL as Received.

    At the same time use RTI act and then question them whether our speed is compromised so that Politicians and bureaucratic enjoy full 2Mbps both browsing as well as Download.

    Ask questions using RTI act whether Politicians and bureaucratic enjoy full 2Mbps. If yes, then why are we common people disciminated when we pay the similar amount.

    (MTNL says that just because few people download too much and the lines becomes congested, this results in incovenience to other customers that is the reason why they put cap on other customers. But if this is the case then MTNL should inform the customer before hand so that the customers can choose other service provides if they don't agree with thise hidden terms and conditions of MTNL. Why does MTNL tricks customers by showing them lolipop of Unlimited download 2Mbps etc... Also to increase the speed they can also use fibre optics etc..)

    Also, ask what is the gaurantee that Politicians and bureaucratic who enjoy full 2Mbps don't download more.

    Again take the copy of this complaint with duly stamped by MTNL.

    Just by complaining to MTNL and giving them roses won't work they are all shameless. Take all of them to task by exposing them. When their jobs are at stake they will definitely come into action because none of them want to loose such a great job where they can take 100% salary, 50% bribe and 90% rest.

    We are paying the same amount like the high locality people then why are we discrimated. The reason is that we are educated illiterate. We should understand that these bureaucrats are like footware which is supposed to be worn by our foot and not to be kept on our head because in democracy there is no king, all are equals. Then why this discrimination among the equals.

    We don't excise the power of republic.

    We are the ones who vote.
    We are the ones who pay all sort of Taxes.
    We are the ones who are facing recessing by getting salary cuts. Still We are the ones who bare price hike. We have become like a drum where we are hit on both ends.
    We are the ones who have no security inspite of paying Taxes.
    We are the ones who travel in local transport.
    We are the ones in real sense who run the economy.
    We are the ones who are scrutinize thoroughly in airports.
    We are the ones who face traffic because of bad roads and traffic jams.
    We are the ones who go to foreign countries at our own expenses.
    We are the ones that suffer from these bureaucrats.

    Where as

    They are the ones who take vote.
    They are the ones who use our Tax money for their personal work.
    They are the ones who are not facing recession. Still they are the ones who get products with concession rates or most of the time free. They are ones who store food items in stock and increase the price pretending that there is scarcity of the products.
    They are the ones who are given excessive security inspite of taking Bribes.
    They are the ones who travel in red light cars.
    They are the ones who are useless and worthless.
    They are the ones who avoid being scrutinize in airport because it hurts their ego. What is the gaurantee that these politicians and bureaucrats are not criminals.
    They are the ones who block the traffic.
    They are the ones who are always in and go to foreign countries from our tax money, Instead of staying in their area for 5 years and serving the public which voted them.
    They are the ones who are bureaucrats.

    Ping the DNS with 1472, and tell us the result.

    example: ping DNS -l 1472 -t

    just replace DNS.

I am facing this problem from last 1 week but the people of customercare is taking no response,always passon the things just by saying that, we can only check whether link is working or not,We dont know about speed. I am paying my bill timely so its my humble request to resolve the problem as soon as possible..

    Default Pathetic MTNL Broadband service

    Hello,

    My broadband number 26341785 has not been performing for months now. Numerous call to 1504 have been futile. I reside at Sidhartha Enclave, New Delhi, near Ashram Crossing. My exchange is Okhla and sub station is Sunlight Colony. The broadband does not work atall and/or works intermittently. All complaints to 1504 is marked "Repaired" without confirmation from us. When abused/cajoled they told me to call 197 and get telephone numbers of Broad Band Area manager. Once I got those numbers (26838080 and MOB 9868131493), I found the Broadband area manager does not pick up his phones. Somehow I got the local S.D.O. Mr. Tyagi's number (26348171) again who does not believe in picking up his phone. Than I got the local repair/linesman number, Mr. Bhrampal (MOB 01120593638), who says his job is for repairing telephone only and for broadband contact Mr. Jiyalal (MOB 01120593631). Have contacted Mr. Jiyalal many times but he always promises to come and repair but never turns up. I want to go to consumer court and pull these people to court. Pls advise further action. In the meantime I want to know how to disconnect MTNL broadband service only. Telephone I will disconnect after some time.

    These MTNL employees are useless no matter what the rank. I wonder why government follows such useless policies and tolerates such emplyees.
