Sir I have an Internet broadband connection of MTNL DELHI. my phone number is 011-22070237.
I have been facing a problem of internet disconnection in between my work every 20-30 minutes. the ADSL lights starts blinking and disappear and Internet stops. I have made complaint to MTNL several time but no one came to check at last one person came to check line after making complaint at area manager and he told that our phone line has been linked through two pieces of wire that is why this problem is arising but he can not do anything as they do not have telephone line wires to replace. I told mr. rabinder singh area manager, laxmi nagar, he told me to compalint to sdo gandhi nagar. I Talked to SDO. I was asked to talk to Mr. R S RAM at gandhi nagar. but denied thir also.

Please help me as I am a research student and I need internet 12-14 hrs a day to search my literature.

Please help me as early as possible.

For the past 2-3 weeks my internet speed has gone very slow, i have a connection of 100Mbps. i have registered complaints but nothing happened. please check my problem and solve it without delay as i was totally irritated with your service. my phone no. is 011-23282435.

I have complainnt many times from last 1year on phone regarding poor bill service,phone no.(011-25390451).I am not getting any kind of positive response from your side.As i am not getting bill from last 1year so that I am facing problem of paying extra money in the name of panalty for late payment.

I got installed adsl wi fi modem on 04.07.2011.at my tel no.27100804.till today my internet is not working wireless.NO starting password was given to me.I have lodged my complaint at1504.MY complaint no is 1211 dated 05.07.2011.NO one has yet attended my complaint.Kindly do the needful & oblige.

I just wanted to complaint against MTNL as even after so many complaints, my broadband service is not working, and I am unable to use my broadband for approx 20 days. I talked to the complaint cell of MTNL telling them about the issue. although they have replaced router today (18/8/2011) but i dont want to pay the bill for these 20 days.
so what action should i take regarding this.

our plan is freedom 795 & the speed supplied is very slow. slow speed in my work creates a lot of problem.please
increase the speed.because of slow speed i have changed the plan to freedom.still there is no increase of speed according to the plan (i.e-2mbps).

WE HAVE GOT A UNLIMITED BROADBAND PLAN OF SPEED UPTO 600 KBPS. our internet connection is not working properly,it usually gets disconnected from the server......it annoys me vey much when i'm working.....we are not sattisfied with your services..i'M REQUESTING YOU TO TAKE ACTION AND WILL WISH FOR A QUICK RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT..........EVEN FOR WRITING THIS COMPLAINT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR HALF AN HOUR FOR YOUR CONNECTION'S RESPONSE...!!!!!!!!!!!!TOTTALY IRRITATING.........HUH

My name is Virender singh and I had a telephone with the number – 25478048. The address for the premise is as mentioned: house no- 24,village kirari,post office- nangloi, delhi. From the last three weeks there is no dial tone in the phone and after repeated complaints and follow-ups the end result is nil. The last docket number I received is 1777.

I want to highlight few points here about a customer chasing to get the service for which he is paying price without the service.


1. At-least once in a month my broadband services went down and the chase begin.

2. Most of the numbers mentioned on the website (http:/Mtnldelhi.In/Dolphin/Index.Php/Customer-care/Public-grievance) are non-functional or the concerned authorities are not paying any heed to pick up the calls. For this specific instance, I had tried all these numbers – gm(west) sh. Kamlesh kumar (25432213, 25117800), sh. K.S. Martolia, agm(pg) (25451600, 25117800), sh. Pankaj sharma, sde(pg-1) (27922700, 27922266)


3. Out of the two numbers mentioned for public grievances, only one is working – 23356666 (not working - 23357777) and the lady over the phone was very rude and without listening to the complaint, just provide the complaint number (which is b170).


4. The lineman in my areas is also a big dickhead (sorry for using this word but I can’t find more suitable word than this one to describe him). I am chasing this moron for last few weeks but he escapes on one or other pretext.


Is it so hard for this department to restore the critical services like telecommunications even after couple of weeks? This shows how inefficient and insensitive this department is?

After paying the desired fee for the availed services, why I had to suffer. Please advice, how can I proceed to consumer court?
