i would like to complain about mtnl staff who say that they can not provide a connectiuon in jaitpur, Ext-2 badarpur new delhi 44 i ve been trying to call them to get a broadband connection and even went to their office but i was told that only the line man can decide if he can give a connection in our area . i was surprised to hear this as the office dosent decide and lets the lineman decide whether to give a connection or not , i ve been trying for the past oneyear and all i get is sir we can not give u connection now may be later u contact us ...i hope a stern action is taken in this regard as there r several people who want to take mtnl services but their staff say that they can not provide us with the same.

I have got a 2mbps connection but i do not get speeds according to it. I have comlained like 10 times including phone calls and office visits. I have visited the mtnl Thane(E) office like 5-6 times but they dont seem to help. I get only around 50kbps instead of the 250kbps i used to get for the 1st 2 months.
I am facing this problem since 3 months now. Please help and solve this problem.

the mail was sent on 10-2-11 but still no reply ,from the day i have taken the internet connection facing the problem earlier i was getting speed of 34kbps (instead of 320kbps promised to me according to my plan)
now i am getting speed of 1.8kbps as on today i am really disappointed with the service of Mtnl i have complained a number of times on the complaint number 198 but nothing is done as yet no person from the technical team has visited to see what problem the customer is facing, requesting you to look in the matter as soon as possible,seeing such circumstances i would definitely switch to other internet provider
