For any MTNL related complaint we suggest you to first register your complaint with the customer care and in case the MTNL customer care are not going to help you then send a written complaint to your area manager. Hope this may solve your problem but my personal experience was also very bad with MTNL, so I suggest you to switchover to some other service provide.

Sir, I have complained about my non-functioning modem since 23rd March every day.

I am working as a mental health specialist, and my daughter is a eye suregeon. We need the net urgent daily for our various activities. Just what is one supposed to do if it does not work.
I was finally given the no of one Mr Ashok-20596411, who is telling me from last 2 days that 'he is just coming".
Is this MTNL service within 24 hours??? is this the way to treat customers??? is this a joke? MTNL spends a lot of money on advertising Broadband..can they not keep at least some more people to handle complaints??
I feel like going to the press or consumer court on this one. who is responsible for the mental anguish and harm to our work??

i have taken a broad band connection in march 2010. My tariff plan was unlimited internet with 100 call free for rs 599.00 . At that time the speed was 256 kb. Now under new plan the speed is 512 kb. Kindly increase the speed to 512 kb. My number is 011-27315660.

I have Mtnl Broadband connection ph.: 27782810 in Narela, Delhi. My phone was installed under the scheme in which security deposits for the new phone connection for the current mtnl user were waivered off. In the end of may, We requested mtnl for a change of plan in broadband connection from 199 plan to 599 unlimited plan. For this plan switch Mtnl has charged me an extra Rs.1000 stated in the bill as "Advanced charges deposits". But as per mtnl guidelines, there is no charge switching of connection plans. When contacted the Accounts Department, they said that this charge is for switching to bigger broadband plan for +1 connection(the phone connection type I mentioned earlier). I checked all the information regarding mtnl billing I could found on internet but no such information was there.
What should I do?
My bill should be paid by date 30th june 2010.
Kindly help me.
