i am having rs 599 plan with 256kbps connection through cabinet secretariat office, govt of india,but for last few months my downloading speed is only 4kbps.i have also registered the complaint over phone and my complaint no is 40900016.kindly rectify the problem asap

I have a broadband connection at Tele No 22150606. I have a plan of Rs 199/- which gives me a free download of 600 MB. On !st Dec 2009 at 1000 AM I chcked and found that my account shows a current usage of 107 MB in less than 12 Hrs of current month. The session history of the current period showed negligeble usage. I immediately reported the matter to Broadband helpdesk at 1504 and informed the matter. They checked and verified my comlaint and advised me to report the complaint immediately for rectification of the bill.

During the month of Nov 2009 also I think there has been some problem as it is showing an excessive useage of 1500 MB.

Request please rectify the problem and debit the excessive billing being done in my account.

whenever i try to see my user account i can not do that because when i type my user name as my telephone no. and my password as my c.a.no. 2063320274 it does not open and says - its incorrect or something like that.

i get not more than 30 kbps dowloding speed in 599 unlimeted plan<512kbps>

MTNL :D , we were also using MTNL, and finally disconnected.

The internet problem since 6 month the several complain has beeen register in your office but there is no action
has been taken by your in if problem is same we go to consumer court my teleno 25356186 latest complain no is 64200045dt 09/2/10 and 64100252 dt 6/3/10

the net is totally distrubed on one or two hrs work in net and that net is no come in prop-er way so
you do need fullaction againt with the compain
