Dear Sir,

I request you to take strict action against MTNL as I deposited 500rs. for getting a internet connection in MTNL, Mehrauli Branch, Delhi (Person whom I spoke was some Mr. Mishra). He told me that the internet connection would be installed in the next 3 days. However, when lineman came to my home they told me that your house is very far away from the terminal post and we can not give connection since the distance is very much.

Next day I went to Mr. Mishra and asked him if you can not provide internet connection then, please refund my 500 rs. security deposit. He asked me to go to hauj Khas branch for the same. I went to hauj Khas branch and the concerned person told me that your security deposit would not be refunded. However, he told me write a application since it was MTNL's mistake. So I wrote a application for the refund of my 500rs.

It's been 4 months since I have got any reply from their side.

Please look into this matter and do the needful.
