hi,

I was told by this agency that in Netconnect Broadband + there is Unlimted plan in the night.
Plan she told me was - Night unlimited - 499 /mnth 3.1 mbps

Now when i purchased this device they are saying there was no such plan any time b4.
So i concluded they make worng commitment of the plan and achiveing target of selling the devices.

I want my money back and want to return the device. I havent activated the device yet. They are mentally haressing me to activatie the device for the plans which are avaible however my requirement is not Limited Usage package.

Please help me to get my money back as they are spoiling reputation of Reliance too by working in this manner
