Hi,

My Reliance Broadband user ID is 385818562730 and Customer Account Number is 100112231780. I had internet connectivity issue since April 9th and made a complained about it. After repetitive call, a representative of reliance came to my home on April 17th (After one week of complain). As I was in office by that time and my wife was alone at home, He simply replaced the modem and asked Rs 100/-. He said that if we go to reliance customer care to replace the modem, they will charge Rs 500/-. When my wife refused to give the money, he did not resolved my connection issue and closed the complain without resolution.

I made a complain about the incident in customer care(Complain number: 124266864, Name: V. K Prasad, Mobile number of his Sr Manager: 9310139432) but no action was taken against him.

Now, they are not resolving my complains (regarding internet issue) and I am still not able to connect to the network (even after 10 days of original complains). I raise an IVR complains as well but it went un-noticed.

I am not sure what to do now as it is affecting my work as well.
