Hi all.. This is my first post here..

I am a Hathway broadband subscriber (A/c no.: 436958, HSR Layout, Bangalore) for quite some time now. Since the past 2 months, the browsing speed has been terrible. A page (For instance hathway website) takes forever to load (open) and most of the time it just doesn't load up.. I have to repeatedly refresh to make sure page loads up! Calls and e-mails to Hathway have been futile. I haven't got a single positive response from them, let alone fixing the issue. I have mailed the Nodal officer too. There has been no response, yet.

To make things worse, there is not a toll-free customer care number from Hathway, which makes things worse - since the customer service representative takes close to 5 minutes to attend to a call and Hathway doesn't pay for my mobile/telephone bill!

What do the experts here have to say? How do I proceed?
