    Angry Complaint Regarding Airtel Broadband

    I had applied for an Airtel BroadBand connection and had filled all the necessary form and had given them an advance cheque of the full amount on 18th March 2010. My customer Enrollment Form No. was 2187944.

    The sales representative Rahul (9873586471) had committed the installation of the connection in about 2-3 days. I called up their call centre when no one turned up and the call centre executive told me that the connection would be completed maximum by 28th March 2010. On 29th when I called them they told me they would not be able to install my connection due to some technical problems.

    I get no answer as to why did they collect the payment and the form without checking before hand if the installation was possible or not.

    On top of this they get my cheque uncashed , where as their form clearly states that the cheque would be uncashed only after the installation is complete.

    I have written to their nodal officer and also to their appellate officer regarding the refund of my money, but till date have got absolutely no answer from them.

    Kindly help me recover my money and also ensuring that they do not cheat any other customer the way they cheated me.
