My BSNL broadband connection not working from last 15 days and everday my business is going in loss of 1000 Rs.Who is responsible for this and who can pay my loss.I am fed up by services providing by the bsnl. I have complained in bsnl office around 5 times but no reponse come from their side.What can i do for it?please tell me sir as soon as possible.My phone number 0120-2841375 and my name is vivek sharma
