    Default complaint against TATA INDICOM

    tata indicom exceutive visited and sold me tata photon for 3000/- and activated it after 2 days it got disconnected and nobody informed me on visiting tata indicom oulet it was told me that my form is not in there system and i need contact only to that executive,after regrious follow up some how i got to knowledge that my form is rejected than again i visited showroom and asked for my money to be returned and again refuse the same
    pls help me out

    Hi I want to give very serious complaint against tata indicom photon + Services. i have taken photon connection broadband internet plan like 950 at 9th March 2010. and i have paid 2400 for Hardware Instrument.Now i have not use this plan even one month and they have send a bill to me. the last due date was 22 April 2010.Without giving any Notice They Disconneted My Broadband connection.When i talked in customer care support they said that we cant do anything about this.i have requested to them that please Take back your Hardware Instrument and refund my balance Amount for this instrument and close My connection. But They did not give any Valuable response about this.please help me Out .I am very very disappointment with Tata Photon + Broadband Services. Please please Help.I Suggest to Every User Dont take This Service.

    why tata indicom customer care and other tech departments are giving false and wrong inforation about my cell no 9227236596. I had bought a new sumsung corby handset. the old handset was working fine but company has not been able to just transfer the old no to the new handset for 3 days !!!!! Why every time i call on the call center, they give wrong informations and false commitments that services will be started in few hours and have to wait and wait. !!! why Tata Indicom company is treating the customer like they are of NO VALUE AND THEY DONT CARE EVEN IF THE CUSTOMER IS SUFFERING DUE TO COMPANY;S FAULT !!!!

    NO CONTACT DETAILS OF ANY COMPLAINT RELATED OFFCIERS ARE ALSO BEEN GIVEN EVEN IF ASKED REPEATED FOR IT. !!

    PLS HELP AS I WANT TO RETURN THE PHONE WHICH I PURCHASED FROM MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND TATA INDICOM DONT CARE TO EVEN START THE SERVICES. !!!

    Default Account in suspended mode

    Hello,

    On 23rd April 2010 my TATA Indicom broadband account was suspended

    I called TATA Indicom customer care and created request number 12088488

    I got reply stating that payment cheque which i provided on 22 March got bounced

    I did not provide any cheque i recharged my account using net banking

    I have a bank statement available for this issue. I have made the payment of Rs 3,500 on 20/03/2010

    Although calling tata indicom customer care, number of times my account is still is suspended mode

    It’s been four days (more than 72 hours which they claims it is time required to solve the issue) issue has not been resolved yet

    Default Complain Regarding the Non Activation of my new contact number - 9212501100

    Hello Sir

    I purchased a post paid number of Tata Indicom from AASHISH, THE CELLNET, 411, 2nd Floor, Masjid Mod, Delhi-110049 on August 08, 2010, with the details given below.


    Sim number: A00000 117B C627 (80B8 2D83)

    Sr no: 152200320381836

    Phone Number: 9212501100

    The distributor asked me to select a number from a list of numbers. I selected the number 9212501100. The person told me the number will be activated by tomorrow. But my number has not been activated yet.

    In this regard, a complain has been already lodged at your costumer care with reference no.234406663 on 31st August. But no action has been taken yet.

    Now, the scene is that I started a new business and I had distributed the number 9212501100, before the connection was activated, and the number is also printed on the bill books, visiting cards and all the other documents. And I am facing a great difficulty by all this.

    I tried to contact the person from whom I purchased the number and he said to me all the time, number will be activated today or tomorrow.

    Then I contacted Tata Indicom customer care but the executives over there are saying that they are not able to do anything.

    Sir please look in to the matter urgently and try to resolve this at your level as soon as possible, because I am facing business loss due to knowingly done mistake.

    Please activate the same number that was initially allotted to me( 9212501100).

    My name is Mangelal verma my tata mobile number is 9213842022 i was recharge my account 10-09-10 then i check my balance my balance is automaticaly deducted & i call the costumer care but they not pick up the phone & my balance is continiously deducted if i am not subscribe any kind of service so why my balance is deducted iwant to deactivate my all service & stop to deducted my balance & i want my balance back
    plz resolve my problem as soon as possible & rly me

    Default Illegal deduction from my prepaid mobile balance

    TATA INDICOM - DELHI CIRCLE

    COMPLAINT reference number BAL079947863

    LODGED COMPLAINT ON 8TH SEPTEMBER AND SAME WAS PROMISED TO BE RECTIFIED BY TATA INDICOM -CUSTOMER CARE BY 13TH SEPT.... BUT NO RESPONSE YET.


    ABOUT Rs 30/- HAS BEEN ILLEGALLY DEDUCTED 4 TIMES FROM MY MOBILE BY TATA INDICOM. AND THEY SEND SMS SAYING SOME SUBSCTRIPTION MADE.
    I HAVE NEVER EVER SUBSCRIBED FOR ANY KIND OF SUBSCRIPTION ........ AND THIS UNETHICAL BUSNIESS PRACTICE WAS NEVER EXPECTED FROM A "TATA" NAME COMPANY.

    AND WHAT IS MORE EVEN AFTER MY LODGING THE COMPLAINT , I AM STILL RECEIVING SMS FOR FURTHER ILLEGAL DEDUCTION OF MONEY FROM MY BALANCE FOR SOME MORE NEW SUBSCRIPTIONS ........... TOTALLY ILLEGAL DEDUCTIONS WITHOUT MY CONSENT ......... FEELS LIKE MY MONEY IS GETTING STOLEN.

    CAN ANY RESPONSIBLE PERSON OF TATA INCICOM WILL LOOK INTO IT AND REFUND MY MONEY WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY.

    This is to inform you that i have done a very big mistake when i purchased Tata indicom WiFi Internet system.

    I have purchased Tataphotonwhiz with account number:-9201465813 on dated 13th Oct.2010 with Rs.1500/- and i'm still awaiting internet surfing with very low speed problem faced on 1st day then i called that your provided customer care center on dated 18th Oct 2010 and then i got complaint number 0736907245.
    Your engineer has told me that we have to stay your problem and we will solve that problem whicw you have faced but till date no budy came here and no budy has informed me what ever i do.

    Sir i must say that your services are very satisfactable and i hope it will be continue to my satisfaction.....
    I"m waiting your quick response otherwise i will never use your any services which are related your company brand.

    Dear sir
    i want to inform you that on 24/12/2010 one promotional call come on my tata indicom number when we disconnect this call they had started automatically callertune on my number 7 charge
    rs. 45/- from my balance. Whenever my number is registered as a dnd number. When we call on customer care for complaint they misbehave to me disconnect the call every time when i tell them my problem. So i want to request you to claim back my money decucted from my number & take action against thier misbhaveior. And i also want to complaint against dnd fourm.
