    Dear Sir,

    My Tata Indicom Account number is 909932005.


    I would like to bring the following issues to your notice:


    1. Every time the bill is paid, the wi-fi internet connection is supposed to be activated automatically but it does not and i have to follow up with customercare at least twice for it to work again.
    2. This time the payment was made on 07-02-2012 and my internet is still not working on 10-02-2012.
    3. I have been following up with the customer care and every time I am given a new docket number. Refer to docket numbers: 296893321, 296978929 and 297177247.
    4. The engineer calls me up and asks me to ask the customercare to activate the line even after I have already called the customercare twice.
    5. When I called up the nodal office, I was told that their system says that an engineer visited my place and rectified the problem when actually no engineer ever visited my place.
    6. Today the Nodal office tells me that the Docket number 296978929 has been closed. I don't understand if there is a system in place at all or people close the customer complaints whenever they feel like.
    7. I had been using the airtel internet for more than a year and when I moved to a new address, I wanted to try Tata and I was surprised to see my internet usage more than 10GB. I am well aware of my usage and it hasnt changed in the last month. With airtel, my usage was hardly 4-5GB. It cannot get doubled just with the change in the service provider.


    Moreover, my experience with airtel has been very good. There are problems with any connection, but the airtel customer service follows up till the problem is resolved. With Tata, I have to waste one hour every day and all I get is a new docket number.

    I dont see a point in continuing with Tata Indicom unless I see how it is going to be convenient enough in the future.

    Expecting a reply/further course of action from the concerned authorities. I have already sent an email to the customercare email address mentioned above with my contact number and other details.

    hi jogendra from noida. i m using this no. from last 10months, bt now seriosly i m u r doing very good, amagine service, u people detected my balance every recharge, what did y want, ur customer service is seriously very sick n poor, i dont have word to say nothing service pls help me if u can do

    Thumbs down tata photon speed which is very much disappointing

    i am using Tata photon i ve purchased it beleaving that i may get speed of 3Mbps but the actual speed for dowloading is 200kbps and uploading speed is 40 kbps. this speed making go crazy while uploading my tender documents or any other documents. and more over i need to wait hours to download any thing using this modem.
    so plz help us out. this problem many consumers.

    Default Complaint against one of your employee Mr. Rajan Kumar Singh(ID no DLS541SM1003)

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I would like to draw your kind attention towards purchase of one Tata Photon Plus from your one authorized person Mr. Rajan Kumar Singh(id no.DLS541SM1003) who is reachable on 9213910690 on dt. 10.05.12 and paid Rs.1199/ in cash on plan of Rs.750/ on behalf and he assured me that the same will be activated on Saturday(12.05.12) by evening till time it not activated and since 14.05.12 I am calling Mr. Rajan but he is not picking my phone.

    Hi,

    I want to give a serious complaint against TataIndicom.

    I had a tataindicom connection with account number -936277152 and tataindicom number - 9249520370. Tata indicom gave me false bill of 9920Rs for which they never gave the actual records. Though the usage that we got from the tataindicom utility was low the details they had sent showed large size of data used by me.

    When contacted to give details about the bill they never reverted back and send us a false bill of 9920/-.Finally we closed the account by paying the amount on 4th oct2012.

    By that time we started to use Reliance. On 4th Oct2011 we settled the amount and cancelled the account.

    The receipt number is 36331599.

    Now last month i received a notice from high court of kerala that i have a pending amount of 600 rs to settle. What does this mean.When we approach for cancellation the tata guys do not cancel and later they send the notice.

    What is this so irresponsible ?How can you send a notice like this.This is strictly defamation of character.
