False bill Airtel is sending false bill . It leavy rent when only phone is opened one ways and the broadband is not being used even then the rent of broad band is being charged . It is charging 200 of activation charges when the rent is rs 499. It is the right of every customer to get the details of call for which we pay the bill . Nor a single problem ios bing solved what is the TRA and telecommunications minister of india doing.

Credibillty of atms I drew Rs 1000 /- only from my SBI account from a PNB ASM but the atm double debited it from my account what the govt is doing . Is there any security on atm the amount should be deducted when the amount has been paid to the customer and locks should be triggered incase the the amount has been entered for withdrawl and the system fails
