broadband not working properly for last whole month respected one,
my self vikas a customer of landline number2561742 from ludhiana i m facing problem of broadband from starting of march month ie brokage of link aftr 10min, wifi not working, PPPOE not working. complaint of same is registered many time on 198 but permanent solution is there for that. even aftr talkin to SDO(09463000261) no solution of same is done.
i made visit twice visit to JE(9417100454) of my area but all in vain, no permanent solution i got, so guide me proper way of taking action against thm as service of same is very costly

thnks i mail to head office in ludhiana & now i got my connection in same day ok even they ask me aftr 2 hr for whole day ven say same to employee of bsnl dat i ask in consumer court regarding problem in connection
