My MTS Balance Expired Two days before the Actual Due Date, I complained with the vendor no reply received till date.
Thereafter I tried to recharge online on MTS website but was unable to do so as banking site was not accesseble in Zero Balance.
Getting Frustrated I went to nearby Store in Market Yard on Saturday 27th March 2010 at 4:00 P.M. for recharge he promised me it will done within 1 Hr, I waited and waited then finally at 8:00 P.M. I enquired again he promised me that it would be done in 15Mins. However to my bitter surprise it didn’t even got recharged upto Monday 29th March Morning 11:00 AM .
Getting More Frustrated I went to search for some other store for MTS recharge after searching 10 odd shops I got one who relucantly accepted to recharge the MTS. After many follow ups still the recharge is not done.
In this process I have tried to reach MTS Number 9146126126 enumerous time but every time it got me disconnected. And also I have tried to reach MTS person like Mr Abhinav , Mr Dhiraj Bhat but not able to help.
I have wasted a lot of precious time in this process, I want my Money Back.

finally after foregoing 20 mins and 18 rupees air time, i have the address.. Yet to visit them. And am sure there's more surprise waiting.
