    Default MTS Recharge

    My MTS Balance Expired Two days before the Actual Due Date, I complained with the vendor no reply received till date.

    Thereafter I tried to recharge online on MTS website but was unable to do so as banking site was not accesseble in Zero Balance.

    Getting Frustrated I went to nearby Store in Market Yard on Saturday 27th March 2010 at 4:00 P.M. for recharge he promised me it will done within 1 Hr, I waited and waited then finally at 8:00 P.M. I enquired again he promised me that it would be done in 15Mins. However to my bitter surprise it didn’t even got recharged upto Monday 29th March Morning 11:00 AM .

    Getting More Frustrated I went to search for some other store for MTS recharge after searching 10 odd shops I got one who relucantly accepted to recharge the MTS. After many follow ups still the recharge is not done.

    In this process I have tried to reach MTS Number 9146126126 enumerous time but every time it got me disconnected. And also I have tried to reach MTS person like Mr Abhinav , Mr Dhiraj Bhat but not able to help.

    I have wasted a lot of precious time in this process, I want my Money Back.

    Hi,

    My MTS brodband balance is expired from last 8 days,
    I am trying to recharge it online as well as through vendors,
    But for online recharge everytime it is asking me for 16 digit pin number.
    I tried to contact with customer care 9146126126(Pune customer care)
    Every time it says call can not be completed due to conjuction in the network.
    Even they dont have vendors in pune hadapsar area.
    So its my advice..please dont go with MTS.


    It is realy a third class brodband system.

    hi,

    I wanted to do recharge of MTS broadband since last 10 days. Yet am not done with it.
    I tried to reach at many places but they are saying that it is not yet started, our system hasn't recieved the software so we cant do it .
    I am frustated by it.
    And one of the guy said that I have the Mumbai number so i have to be in mumbai to recharge it so stupid answer.
    Although i bought the MTS data card fro mpune why i got the number of pune is also mistry...
    If u launch new product in market then first make sure that u have all the facility to recharge in convinent area of city.

    Smile worst services offered by MTS

    MTS has worst service network so do not purchase it. from three months i am trying to recharge my mts broadband but fail to do so in pune city

    Thumbs down Chennai side of the broadband story (bad story..ofcourse)

    Same complaint abt broadband services..I asked this guy on call centre abt recharge stores (online dont work..spare your time) and went holding me for full 11 mins only to tell a person's name..!! i asked him he should be having some address and he accepted but held me for another 6 mins.. finally after foregoing 20 mins and 18 rupees air time, i have the address.. Yet to visit them. And am sure there's more surprise waiting.

    pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee this my request to all dont use mts broadband , better to go mobile internet , i am trying to recharge in online from last 10days it jnot working........ worlds toughest work is mts recharge in online

    too much thirdclass & bogus system for rechage, all the khangir chele are maintaining this system, carry on your this type of recharging system...your business will be reached on the gaab gachh.

    i'm trying to recharge since 3 days customer care executives and their branches are not responding properly, no more recharge centres near to my area

    its a worst network

    Thumbs down MTS gone crazy

    They say unlimited internet in 999.

    Well, I got this and they disconnected me - switched me to 1 x speed after 15 GB..

    Upon calling customer care, I came to know that unlimited is 15 GB.

    The I recharged again with 999 and this time I had a bandwidth monitor. This time they switched me to 1x at 5GB.

    I guess their systems are flawed and customers have to pay for it.

    I strongly suggest anyone against buying any of the MTS products. MTS is not a responsible company.

    Default service dis-connected without any valid reason.mobile MTS

    I had switched off my phone on 16th sep.2010 when I was on tour. When I switche it on on 6th october iwas unable to make out-going calls. When I contacted MTS customer service I was asked to submit address details. I had submitted them on the same day to their retailer.on 9th october the customer service personnel say that the service will not be re-connected. I have a credit balance in my account and I have activated many value added services for the number. Is it fair that the number is dis-connected within 22 days since the mobile is switched off? Can the service provider not verify the address detail personally or atleast send a letter to the original address before disconnecting?

    This is a complaint against MTS. It is totally a waste one. If you want to take a broad band connection dont go for MTS. If you want to register a complaint, then you will never ever get the customer care support. We have done mts recharge online through online using our own mts connection. We have logged through our internet banking and due to the speed of the connection we couldnt come out from the netbanking page. We thought that the amount has not been paid and once again we did it from outside.At this instance it got recharged. After some three days we got a message that your connection has been recharged with 999. It is done by the primary attempt. That is we have recharged twice with 999. We made a call to customer care and at last got the person on the other end and saying that there is no carry over of the amount and you have to use it in the same month, that too with conditions like the first 15 GB with maximum speed and another 15 GB with slow speed. They are not at all responsible for any thing and we customers have to beg the help from them. Totally it is worse and dont take MTS

    Thumbs down MTS unlimited speed is not good at all

    I am facing internet down time and system gets stuck. I have unliminted 999 prepaid plan but really its not working for me. Some time gets stuck and there is no interent service for long time more than hour.

    According to me its really worst connect and it was bought in the Month of Oct 2010.

    MTS need to pay my money back or else I will throw this connection.

    My Data card validated till 11 -April -2011 but on 11 I checked it was disabled and when discuss with C.Care they told "validity 11-April means you can use till 10th Midnight" .??????? where as I got online msg as it will valid till 11th.

    I dont know how they ready english

    when i do call on any number of mts customer care than they are busy all time and cut the line automatically
