Dear Sir / Madam,

I had taken an internet connection from Reliance (Connection no - 9330675266) on 21/12/2010. For first one month it was running properly

After that it started giving problems like the one given below: -

1 No network for half an hour as and when we tried to log in.

2 Even if we try to log in within 10 or 15 minutes network goes off.

3 Wait for another half an hour for network restoration.

We had communicated this to the salesman (Raj Kumar Sharma) who had given us the connection but it was of no use as he kept saying that he has informed to the concerned person. Then we mailed to Subhasis Kr Ghosh on Feb 22 and we got call from him after 4 to 5 days and he also assured us that someone from reliance will go to solve the issue but nobody came to attend our problem.

After that we go call twice from different person within 15 days but nobody came to attend our problem. On 18/3/2010 I got call from their technical department but I outrightly told them to refund my payment given at the time of installation as it's of no use if they can not serve their customer religiously and the product which is of no use rather creating problem time and again.

And also I forwarded the mail to customer care stating above concern.

Now, Such kind of service and product which is no way useful to me then how can we use it. Thus, I request you to help me getting the refund paid at the time of installation.
