I have already given my letter to Reliance web World (lokhandwala) on 15/12/2009.
And same has been faxed to Mr.Tilak Chatherjee & Mr.N.Rajeja on 15/12/2009.

I YOGESH MEHAN brought high speed data card (netconnect) on 12/10/09 and was activated on same date. The first month was given free (15 GB). I have been keeping track of my data download. My total data download in first month in the is 14.41 GB out of (15 GB) that is till 11/11/09. Hence data for this month is not chargeable. Second plan started from 12/11/2009 that is 499 night plan (10 Gb). The total data download from 12/11/2009 till my net connection was closed without any INTIMATION from your side is 7.64 GB. Hence data is not chargeable.
In spite of many complains NO action was/is taken in this matter.
I have visited reliance web world (lokhandwala) many times for the same but no SOLUTION.
The bill say’s Amount due is Rs.6,350/- which is not correct and not acceptable.
My true bill amount for the period 12/11/09 till 24/11/09 is Rs.166.33 + taxes = 188 approx, which is not accepted by your billing/payment counter.
After many complains my problem is NOT yet solved.
I am disappointed with reliance communications services.
I want to return the data card back to the company and want REFUND for the same.
I am getting harassment call from bandra office (Reliance Communications) and often people come to my house for payment, I is really humiliated with all this.
I am planning to SUE the company for all this. I have already approached consumer forum for the same.
