    Unhappy mtnl broadband line problem

    dear sir ,
    I am pradeep maan.I have mtnl broadband connection since october last week. I have line problem since i take this connection, I complaint many times but nobody solve my problem,and send bill per month,they send bill every month but don't give service.sir i am a student and i take this connection for study purpose. sir plz help me.
