I got the connection six months back. In the beginning they said you take this combo plan with 100kbps speed and unlimited data download. Later on you can switch over to a 399 plan having 1Mbps speed but with 1 Gb data download. I agreed to it and thought the next month i'll change my plan. When i called the reliance customer care, they simply said the plan is closed. In case you want to change the plan you need to terminate that connection for which i had already paid 500 bucks for that installation. So instead of going through this long procedure, i went ahead with the same plan. One fine morning i got fed up with the speed and finally decided to terminate the connection itself and never commit this mistake of getting another connection(new plan) from reliance. Little did i know that even after making the payment, clearing all the things, they will end up saying your bill payment details have not been updated in our database. Anyways i have made a complaint and sent a scanned copy of the bill to some Mr. Ongole.
