Hi,

I have applied for airtel broadband connection on 15-Dec-2009 and paid case Rs.1000 (as security money) and provided document proofs to airtel executive. After few days executive called me and told me that airtel service tag is not available in the area and assured to refund my money. I have made so many times complain in Airtel Broadband Customer Care to refund money, but they have never taken any serious action at all and always made false excuses. Now, It is over to 3 month and I am waiting for money back.
