Dear Sir/madam

my name is yazvinder and i was RELIANCE internet customer some time ago, my number of connection was 9355106107. i was using internet service six months ago and i am not using that service but bill continuously coming at my home and on my email-id, sir i contacted my local center which is in kalka and i also talked to mr. Rajesh (ambala, ph.no. --09315880040 ) who is handling all this things talked to him and clear all the bills which were pending but after his assurance that he will close this issue i did`t get any good response from his side bill are coming continuously. when i cleared all the bills why are they sending bills, so please take this matter seriously,

Today some girl (neena ravat) called me and said that she is caliing from delhi court and reliance have submitted some case on me . she gave me two option rather submit bill today otherwise there will be penalty of 7000 .


i already mailed to reliance custmor care some time ago and they replied that they are handling this but after that there is no response after that i am also aattaching two mails reply to you




i submit my complaint two times there but they didnt resposne

my name is yazvinder kumar and my phone no. of relinace data card which no.is 9355106107, and my plan on that is 80 hours in month and i am not using this from last three two and half months i purchased it from reliance office kalka,panchkula and also get the no. from here. i give the application last month in starting and also try to communicate on the phone but they didnt respose very well,

i am giving the bill without using it for last two month. i am totally fed up with them . i paid all my dues till september now they also put my connection in some kind of lost connection complaint


i just want to close my connection so please help me out thank you
