    Default AIRTEL-FALSE COMMITMENTS and BUNCH OF LIARS.

    Airtel Landline Number- 40089329
    Broadband Plan - Turbo 1299

    There are Various issues regarding Customer Care Team

    I also got a call from the CC,regarding 2 mbps unlimited speed for 1099 or 1299.(I know what i am talking)
    Can u please look into my details and find out who that was,who
    committed me a wrong plan.
    I got a call on my Mobile Number 9096082939.The date i received the call was between 20th Jan - 18th Feb.
    I confirmed with that person twice whether "Airtel would be giving me 2 mbps unlimited speed" to which he said YES.
    After that i never received a call from him.
    I do believe Airtel provides the best service,but fooling customers like what he did,is just not ethical.

    I then called up the call centre and i then had the number from which i received a call.I handed over the number to him,THEY DID take action on this and the person who initially called me up,called me back the other day and again promised me that he would give me 2 mbps plan for 1299 Rs UNLIMITED. As i was out that,i told him to give me a call in the evening,to which he replied "YES" and as expected he never called back.

    WHY the hell did they commit me a plan ,and never kept to his word.

    I sincerely hope you'll look into this matter seriously.

    Airtel was like the best ISP for me way back,no its no more.

    ISSUE is still unresolved,after receiving a two calls from the executive.

    I get a call almost every second day,and the customer care team doesn't seem to have a solution for the issue.

    I have got 8 calls from the Airtel Corporate Team and CC team, everyone just keeps repeating the complain and have no solution for it.... This is actually getting me more pissed off at Airtel ...

    What a bunch of losers....AIRTELPRESENCE can't solve my issue that's why they are not posting in my complaint thread..

    If this issue is not resolved...be ready to face the consequences.

    This is to notify you that its been 30 days since i made a complaint and the Airtel Team is highly incapable of solving this issue.!!
