Dear Sir/Madam,
I had taken Tata Indicom Broadband connection (ACC000126058, User Name: vpalchar@eth.net) in June 2005 and got it terminated on 29-Apr-2009 due to poor uptime & service. I had duly returned their equipment with me for this Broadband connection.
Since then I have been following-up on refund of my Security deposit (Rs. 1000) with their Customer Service, and escalated it to their Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority through below-mentioned complaints, mails and phone calls.
However till date they have not acted on it despite having a clear written Service Benchmark of "Time taken for refund of deposits (if any) after closure 100% within 60 days".

I now want the Refund of my security deposit and appropriate compensation for the mental harassment from the negligent behavior of Tata Communications Internet Services Ltd on this issue.
