I had purchased reliance broadband USB for 3500 Rs. in July'09 from Pune. In the first month itself they charged me an extra of around 1050Rs for extra usage which was not the case. I complaint and they reverted only 881+taxes back and left Rs 153. I paid my actual bill charges and requested the customer care to revert the extra 153 which was remaining on my account. The issue was with customer service for around 10-15 days and then they decided not to revert back. During this tenure they deactivated my connection for 3-4 days due to non-payment of bill (Rs 150+) without my information / any intimation. I paid this extra 153 to activate my connection.

For the 2nd month I utilized my complete usage as per plan but as my connection was deactivated without any intimation in the previous month, they calculated my bill on prodata basis and again billed me an extra 2400.

I contacted customer service again and again but no help. Again they deactivated my connection and this time I had an argument with customer service for the billing as well as deactivation issue. They started my connection again and reverted around 1400 back to my account instead of 2400. In this month for the above issue they had deactivated my account for a tenure for around 5-6 days without informing and again for next month they calculated my bill on prodata basis and sent me a huge bill for around 4400, whereas my bill plan is just 850 Rs. This 4400 also involves 850 of last month as I didnt pay the bill due to wrong calculation of my bill.

For the billing issue I contacted customer service, nodal officers, sharp enterprises (third party handling bill collection for reliance). My connection got deactivated from Oct onwards and is yet in sleep mode.
Upon complaint to Nodal officers, they reverted back that our billing dept has decided to revert around 1400 back. I asked for details but they said its our billing dept decision and this is all what we can do so pay the remaining. I asked them if its my bill, I should be knowing on how they calculated this amount but no answer to that too.

In Dec'09 Sharp enterprises told me that we have reverted your charges back and you need to pay 1933 Rs. I asked for a new bill stating that the total due amount is 1933. This went on for a month and again they diverted me to a relaince customer service person who again started off that you have to pay 3200+ only.

Since then they havent rectified the billing issue, my connection is deactivated from Oct'09 and due to this I havent yet paid the bill. I am liable to pay them 2 months rental which is around 1933.

The final bill pending as per relaince records is 3246.77 Rs and I bought the USB stick for 3500 which is off no use today. Thanks to Reliance.

Kindly suggest on how to take this matter ahead.
