    Question photon plus

    Dear Sir/Mam,
    I purchase a photon plus on 6th of Feb but for 4 days no one come to check network , then when I go to office from where I purchase and complaind for that then a person come to check network but he dont give me instrument .I ask him lot of time why he do so he dont answer me.He only say that there is network but I dont give instrument.I ever dont see such type of treatment to customer.On next day when I again reach to office and ask why I dont get instrument and after a 30 min break they answer me as you are bachlor and living singe in flat you have to pay more 500 for instrument and after a lot of discussion head from ther say that you get instrument dont worry and all. After that when I reach back to home then one of execatie from that office call me and say we dont give you instrument uptill you active ECS and all. I ever dont see this type of treatment to a customer. Please help me your product is only going to be headache for me.
