Dear Sir,
I had issues with Airtel Broadband Customer Service. I had to shift my house so i called Airtel for it they said they will charge additional 500 RS i disagreed and told that then i would like to disconnect go for something else because i can pay the same take something that is better. They told they are going to make an exception and do it for free. I finally agreed then a week of nightmare for shifting i had to call Customer service to shifting finally i gave up and asked to cancel my Airtel Broadband and take the things. They says they will transfer me to someone else and disconnect my call it happens 5 times in a row finally i asked for higher level and reached a escalation agent spoke with him 2 days finally they shifted. Guess what the bill i got next month they charged that 500 RS when i called about it they say they never said that and i have to pay i started arguing and they disconnected my call. I called again they said i'll get a call back within a hour its been 4 days no response. I'm really tired of fighting with these guys they are not worried or cared about existing customer or how they are doing they are busy to get new connections and they say its India's No:1 they should learn how to service their Customers. I'm sorry if this message is harsh i need to let out my frustration please do need full so atleast other won't have my experience
