    Default Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ Activation problem

    Hi Sir,

    I am Sajendra Singh I am glad to introduce myself as a new member of this community.
    I purchased a Reliance Broadband+ data card no. 9310324189 of 15 Feb 2010. post paid connection from Reliance Web world Green Park. I have submitted my ID proof, Local address proof on 15 Feb 2010. Reliance executive agreed me, and said that your data card will get activated within 24 hours. But after 2 days i again visited reliance on 17/02/2010 and I was told that your verification has been put on hold due to wrong alternate number provided me. Then i gave my number 9958417004 to the executive and they told that your services will be activated within 24 hours because of address verification. My services got activated on 19/02/2010 in the evening.Then on 25-feb-2010, my services was barred due to photo address proof. I submitted the photo address proof on the same day and they told that the services will get resumed by the evening. I kept on calling there executives but they always told me that it will get resumed by evening. but till date that evening has not come. Pleas But till date my services did not got resumed. Please help me what should i do now?

    Hi Sajendra,
    Me too facing same problem from reliance. I am waiting for past 7 days. Nothing happened.
    I am planning to go for legal actions against them.
    Also, I am planning to spread e-mails/messages in all social networking sites, all forums, to my friends, colleagues and all.
    Because, Reliance peoples are treating us such a bad way. Whats your opinion?

    Angry Reliance Broadband+ data card Activation

    I also phase same problem,
    I took Reliance Broadband+ data card from Reliance sales person on 20-Mar-2010 by paying Hard cash Rs. 2300. He promised me that "your service will activate on Tuesday after your Address verification". My address verification is done on 22-Mar-2010 through my Mobile. On 23-Mar-2010 I give call to sales person, He told me that there is mismatch between signature available on your Pan-card & Fresh new signature given by you.
    Reason of Signature mismatch is just disguasting.
    Its 26-Mar-2010 & still my Card is not activated.

    Me tooooooo facing the same problem but is this site only for problems or is ny one their for giving the solutions to it.

    Post facing bad service from "Reliance Broadband +

    Hi this is Manjunatha H R, from Bangalore

    my data card no :7483188531


    the first time i went reliance web world for buying data card, and i have clearly mention please mention wt are the documents required i will submit and i dont want delay in activation process.....

    am facing bad service from "Reliance Broadband + " i brought data card on nov2010 at R-world, Vijayanagar, Bangalore.
    they activated after two days, and after 5 days they have disconnected,

    and again they asked please submit the documents and clear the bill (which i have not used min 2 hours)
    i submitted the documents and clear the bill, after two days they activated and again after 5 days disconnected.....


    and again i went to reliance web world, i asked wt exactly u want please tell me and they telling please submit the document again
    and i submitted on......
    am waiting last one week still not activated


    i purchased @ Nov 2010 not used min 10 hours
    and i paid Rs.2300+213+300= 2,513+ irritating about the service
    and this data card i have purchased for showing profile one of our client @ Nov 2010 that time this activated i was told to client (this client is asked which data card is good and i told please buy this data card and the client purchased data card and activated after 3 days disconnected, and the client he is not having time contact r world he kept simply in is office and no one contact the service and feedback from the client...


    if u are not activated and responding to this mail...... and i was planning to do email campaign for sending this msg to all

    Default reg. reactivation of broad band+ modem

    I had purchased broad band+ modem at chennai and taken post paid connection. due to misunderstanding the con- nection was stopped. now i want to re-activate the same in andhra pradesh in prepaid tariff. pl. let me know the undersigned how to re-activate the same. the said modem was purchased from a mobile shopowner. now the said shop owner was shifted his shop from chennai to somewhere else in Tamil Nadu.
