Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ Activation problem

    Unhappy Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ Activation problem

    Hi Sir,
    I am Jijo Pappachan. I am glad to introduce myself as a new member of this community.
    I purchased one Reliance Broadband+ datacard of 08 Feb 2010. From that day I am facing horrible service from Reliance.
    I have submitted my ID proof, Local address proof on 09 Feb 2010. Reliance executive agreed me, my datacard will get activated within 1 day. But after 4 days also, my datacard didnt activated. Then on 16-feb-2010, I directly went Reliance webword(its 3hrs journey from my place), they activated my datacard.
    But suddenly on 26-feb-2010 (Friday), again my service got banned. Again 2 times I visited Reliance Webwrod, always they are saying they have escalated my problem to concerned peoples and my datacard will get activated soon. but nothing happened. After that they said, my documents are not updated in their database, so I need to re-submit my documents.
    Again on 2-Mar-2010(Tuesday), I visited Webword and re-submitted my documents. After 2 days (04-Feb-2010, Thursday) at 1.30PM my datacard service got activated.
    but, on 05-Mar-2010 at 1.00AM AGAIN MY DATACARD GOT DISCONNECTED!!!!. I tried to contact that Webword peoples/Reliance Nodel officer Maharashtra, they are not at all attending my calls.
    I am waiting for this for past 7 days. Within this 7 days,

    1) 2 times I submitted my documents
    2) Made around 250 calls to Reliance Customer Care.
    3) Sent around 10 mails to Customer Care, Reliance Nodel Officer, Mr.Anil Ambani
    4) 4 times I visited Reliance WebWorld (3hrs journey from my place)

    Till now my datacard not activated. Please tell me what can I do.. Please help me on this!!!!

    We suggest you to send a written complaint to your area nodal officer, attach scanned copy of the acknowledgment slip, and ask them to solve the issue as early as possible.

    Angry After cancelled the connection and submitted Modem get reliance broadband biil

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    After cancelled my connection and handover the modem as well, I got another bill Rs. 413. I am able to understand why you send bill again. I had paid last payment and got acknowledgement from your side as well. (see below email).
    **I paid the pending bill amount Rs. 4,308.00 with Receipt no. S159419540 and my customer number is 100000110889382 as Sachin Jain.
    I got so many SMS regarding payment and threading me for legal action if it non-payment for this amount.
    I think, you people only pressure for payment instead of better service and harassing me.
    Please resolve my issue asap. Otherwise I have to take a legal action against you.

    Default Cancellation of Data card

    Please cancel my netconnect+ postpaid connection immediately as I requested this several times but no reply found.
    You are sending the bill monthly without cancel of my postpaid connection, which is ridiculous.
    Please take necessary action.
