I am Jijo Pappachan. I am glad to introduce myself as a new member of this community.
I purchased one Reliance Broadband+ datacard of 08 Feb 2010. From that day I am facing horrible service from Reliance.
I have submitted my ID proof, Local address proof on 09 Feb 2010. Reliance executive agreed me, my datacard will get activated within 1 day. But after 4 days also, my datacard didnt activated. Then on 16-feb-2010, I directly went Reliance webword(its 3hrs journey from my place), they activated my datacard.
But suddenly on 26-feb-2010 (Friday), again my service got banned. Again 2 times I visited Reliance Webwrod, always they are saying they have escalated my problem to concerned peoples and my datacard will get activated soon. but nothing happened. After that they said, my documents are not updated in their database, so I need to re-submit my documents.
Again on 2-Mar-2010(Tuesday), I visited Webword and re-submitted my documents. After 2 days (04-Feb-2010, Thursday) at 1.30PM my datacard service got activated.
but, on 05-Mar-2010 at 1.00AM AGAIN MY DATACARD GOT DISCONNECTED!!!!. I tried to contact that Webword peoples/Reliance Nodel officer Maharashtra, they are not at all attending my calls.
I am waiting for this for past 7 days. Within this 7 days,
1) 2 times I submitted my documents
2) Made around 250 calls to Reliance Customer Care.
3) Sent around 10 mails to Customer Care, Reliance Nodel Officer, Mr.Anil Ambani
4) 4 times I visited Reliance WebWorld (3hrs journey from my place)
Till now my datacard not activated. Please tell me what can I do.. Please help me on this!!!!
