I received a call on 8th Jan, offering the reliance netconnect(3.1 mbps) for 2250 instead of 3500, and was told it'll be activated by 9th Afternoon. But after pushing them enough I finally go it activated on 21st Jan,2010, after 13 days.
But since the time of activation, my device is not catching the network of Broadband+ but of Hybrid N/w, because of which my speed is just 230kbps.
I tried contacting the reliance, but in vain. Nothing has been done in this regard. I finally contacted the Nodal officer, she told me that there is no equipment of Broadband+ in my area. So why was I sold the same?
And I was promised that the first month rental will be free. But still I received the bill for the same. I contacted them to make it free, they asked for my scanned bill copy, but again nothing happen in this regard. I got a call yesterday to pay my bill, else my connection will be cut.
I request you to take desired action and ask reliance to take back the equipment and refund me the whole money.
