Hi all,
I had applied for the BSNL broadband connection(by fate) by 31-01-2010. I had paid the deposit also on the same day.
Still they dint establish the connection. Whenever i try to call the sales executive(to whom i had applied), he is not attending the call. If i call from any other anonymous landline no, then he will attend.
Is this the way to behave to the consumers?
This is very very irritating service i had never seen before.
Is there any way to solve my problem? or Can i Withdraw my application?
