My name is Sumit Kumar Srivastava. I had problem with the Reliance Broadnet.
I had taken an Internet connection from reliance with customer id 214536023144 on the name of Mr. Anil Kumar Srivastava (My father) later we ask the sales person from the reliance Mr. Sanjay (Mobile no. 9312189406) to change the owner name of the internet connection from my father name to my name, so this he told us that new connection is required for that and he also returned the checque which we had given him for the bill payment saying it is not required. He than gave us new connection with customer id 242352515461 on my name and said that the previous connection is being terminated. But we recieved an summon from the court that we had no paid the dues for the internet connection because of that the connection is being suspended.
When we told this to Mr. Sanjay regarding this he told us not to worry and throw this summon and no need to pay attention to it. Than we exclate this issue to the customer assurance service of reliance but there also we didnt recieved the appropriate result. They asked for the remaining payment for the internet. Please let me know that on one computer how can i use the two internet id and how did the salesman gave us the new connection without disconnecting the previous one. After all these thing happen now people from the reliance not picking up our phone.
Please help us and reliance people is not helping us and doing the mentally tortured to us.
