I am using reliance net connect(3.1 mbps) wireless broadband.Actually i have a doubt regarding my november-december bill which is Rs 2049.I complained to Reliance web world regarding my bill,and they told me they will intimate me through mail.I waited for that bill ( by the time my services are also suspended coz of non payment) and never received any bill from reliance.Suddenly on 17 jan an executive came to my house and asked me to pay the bill i told him that until and unless my bill dispute will not be clear i'm not going to pay the bill.Then he called his senior whose name is Sanjay he assured me that he'll provide me weaver of rupees 349 ,and not only in this bill but in future bills also.I agreed and paid Rs 1700 cash and my net was started again i used it very cautiously ,but on 30 Jan my services are again stopped ; when i asked the reason for interrupted services the Customer Care Executive told me that i have a due of Rs 349 +Rs 100 Extra for my cheque.
I called Sanjay and asked him about all this ;he promised me that he'll take care of the situation and ask me to have patience.But after many false promises and commitments finally i find myself left nowhere moreover my bill is reached upto Rs 700 something i dont know how(although my services are completely suspended).
Finally i know that Sanjay has given me false commitments,wrong information and most important given a cheque from my side (which got dishonoured ) which come under case of FRAUD.
please help me out from this trauma
