Hi ,
for Airtel broad band i paid rs 3995+50 , they have said no fesibility on 28 jan 2010 and i will get my money by 8 feb at most.
From 8 Feb 2010 to 23 Feb 2010 they have taken only 2 complants 29327352,29853214. after calling 10 15 times to custmercare , mamy times they diconnected or put me hold for long time ...etc.
please see the beloww mail i sent to AIRTEL on 16 feb still no refund or responce please let me know what can i do.
