    Default AirTel BROAD BAND Not fefunding the deposit amount after many complants

    Hi ,

    for Airtel broad band i paid rs 3995+50 , they have said no fesibility on 28 jan 2010 and i will get my money by 8 feb at most.

    From 8 Feb 2010 to 23 Feb 2010 they have taken only 2 complants 29327352,29853214. after calling 10 15 times to custmercare , mamy times they diconnected or put me hold for long time ...etc.

    please see the beloww mail i sent to AIRTEL on 16 feb still no refund or responce please let me know what can i do.

    Hello,

    Have you the details of your area nodal officer of Airtel ? If have then send a written notice to the Nodal office via registered post and ask them for the refund + 12 % interest + damages + cost of registered post within the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their reply and revert us back.

    Angry same problem, airtel broadband ppl took 2600rs. and now not responding

    This is ankush choudhury from kolkata, I am a airtel post[paid subscriber + airtel digital tv user, I got an sms that take airtel broadband connection and u will get double the speed for free, I msged bak, then airtel ppl call me and tell me abt plans and i say i want that offer, they say that offer is finished,after much talks i took a normal connection and the airtel ppl asked me to give me 2600rs. for 3 months advance rental + 500 for wifi, now I pay them 2600rs. in cash on 25th feb, and the airtel rep says it will be installed within 24hrs, but from next day onwards all the people who were calling me up stop taking my calls, and now finally they say they there is some technical fault,and ur money will be refunded in next 2 weeks, see its already a week I paid them, they didnt even give me money receipt,pls help me.

    Default Cheating the airtel people

    Hi All,

    I am also fscing the same problem i paid some 1700/ last month ie 17th Feb2010. After that my consultant number is not working i gave a call to customer care they said we are not receiving u r application like that

    Then i request to customer care people pls cancel the my application and send back my amount ASAP.
    Still now i am not receiving anything from airtel .
    Today ie , March10th2010 again i gave a call to customer care they said this is closed like that.I am explain whole story again they reopen the my old compliant .

    I dont konow when they ll give my money back............

    I am writing in to bring into your attention my immense dissatisfaction by the service received by Airtel. I filled up an application form (along with all the relevant documents & Rs 750 cash) for a Airtel broadband on 5th Sept 2009 (a marketing personnel came to my place to collect the application & money).

    But till today I haven't got a broadband connection or the refund & its been almost 6 months.

    I have tried calling the customer services many times but they are not able to resolve the issue. I have raised two complaints no. 29111564 on 09 Feb’10 & 30066672 on 10/03/10, but haven’t heard anything from them as of yet.

    My details are mentioned below which I have used on the application form.

    Name: Harcharan Singh Sethi.
    Address: 46-B Janta Flats;
    Krishna Enclave;
    Behind Kulachi hans Raj School;
    Ashok Vihar; Phase 3,
    New Delhi

    It will be really appreciated if something can be done because I am very dishearted by the services provided by Airtel. Could you please arrange for some stringent action to be taken, so that I can be compensated for the kind of service received.
