dear all consumers please see to that u people don use airtel service.they cheat u in means in the means
of billing,service,..
i purchased airtel broad band when i came across a offer given by the airtel sales executive Mr.anand.
as per him if i pay extra 1000 rupees i ll get a double damaka offer that is double the speed u get with package u select so i choose 1099 plan.latter i found in the installation report that they have given only
1099 service .hence i called up airtel explaining the same.the excutive replied dat he ll resolve the issue in 24hrs of time.i waited for 48hrs.i calledup.im sending all the details of calls made to customer care.one mis hema escalation manager told that she won t give this offer ..she told to do wat ever i can do..this is the worst service i ve found from a service provider like airtel..
