guys if you are thinking for the net connection then never ever go for this coz this plastic case is the worst in speed and performance .also the people associated with this are too of worsest quality .i had opted for this and initially submitted 3200 rs including the two months subscription but those people just cancelled my registration by saying that i had submmitted the invalid address proof.
but i am a central government employee so i had submitted my quarter allotment letter but those 10 th standard people rejected that one .really very stupid
and on this basis they cut my connection for25 days from two months

I have purchese the netsetter (9705178754) 2 month back. For 7 day , i didn't got any connection , netsetter is fully paralised. I have called more then 50 times to c.care . Their suggestion could not help me. I have already sumitted all document to c.care.
I dont want to go c.care .all time.

My self a user of idea netsetter and my no. is 8958501135 i was using the plan of Rs. 599 from last two months so i was recharged my netsetter no 8958501135 with Rs 599 on date 15.04.2011 but i could not get the plan so i have contact the idea netsetter customer care and said to them regarding my recharge than i get to know that plan have changed to Rs 598 and the person who are talking to me said that get the new recharge of Rs 598 and this previous amount which you have invested as recharge of Rs 599 on date 15.04.2011 will be refunded to you via flexy dealer who have recharge your no. 8958501135 earlier.
Than i trust the customer care represantative and i recharge my no. 8958501135 with Rs. 598 on date 23.04.2011 .
And till now i am making the complaints reguraly to the customer care of idea netsetter but there is no solution till now.
I would like to say that i have complained many times at the customer care of idea netsetter the complaint no. are
1. 1-15500079091, dated 16.05.2011 he had taken 24 solution hour
2. 1-15639104738, dated 02.06.2011 he had taken 24 solution hour
3. 1-15913558148, dated 06.06.2011 he had taken 24 solution hour

But till date there is no solution of my problem of refund so please solve my problem of refund as early as possible.
